IPv4 / TCP / TLS / Tor + onion service v3; public Tor directory system; persistent filesystem client authorization enabled; transit traffic-history logging disabled; optional Conflux proposal-329 onion-service linking/resumption credited as design, not verified deployment; F21: client identity delivered to the receiving onion service; reverse service authentication is distinct F16: authorization-file removal plus Tor restart; retain authorization for permitted clients or stop the service when none remain. F37: optional IPv4 router-local AQM with congestion-dependent dropping explicitly selected. F38: mainline Tor local read/write and relayed-traffic token buckets with native traffic-class priorities; no IP DiffServ or application reservation added for these verdicts.
