libp2p — selected stack

IPv4 / UDP / QUIC (TLS 1.3) / libp2p; known numeric peers and Peer IDs, migration enabled; independent deployment uses private IPv4; separate logical peer keys/stores per context, no resumption, NAT or transit flow logging; no pubsub F16: final Peer ID allowlist through ConnectionGater plus coordinated closure of all revoked-peer connections. G01 global deployment: conventional BGP-routed IPv4 Internet underlay, matching the IP/MQ global case; private deployments remain separate S03 capabilities. K01 configuration witness: both endpoints use go-libp2p v0.50.0 with Go 1.26.5 and quic-go v0.62.0, TLS 1.3 without resumption; the selected successful handshake negotiates X25519MLKEM768 (4588). Defaults also permit classical peers: this is not a universal no-downgrade policy. Other per-cell witnesses retain their stated configurations. F37/F38: optional router-local AQM and independently administered DiffServ policies explicitly selected in the existing IP transport carrying QUIC/UDP. Classification/conditioning of visible transport aggregates, without decrypting streams; no RSVP/IntServ or application QoS reservation. Private/global deployment distinctions remain unchanged.
