I2P — selected stack
IPv4 / TCP / NTCP2 / I2P destinations and tunnels; locally supplied fresh RouterInfo bundle, numeric NTCP2 contacts and known destination keys; multiple active outbound tunnels with at least two remote hops, tunneled destination lookups; correct local clock; no online reseed or external naming service; isolated router/destination key contexts without shared family declarations; independent private IPv4 with i2np.allowLocal and local bootstrap/network configuration; concurrent-tunnel policy is architectural, ordinary Java per-pair selection is sticky; transit-only C08 role with optional identity-bearing traffic/debug history disabled G01 global deployment: conventional BGP-routed IPv4 Internet underlay, matching the IP/MQ global case; private deployments remain separate S03 capabilities. K01 witness: i2pd 2.58.0 with OpenSSL 3.5 or newer, OPENSSL_PQ enabled, both destinations supporting type 6 (ML-KEM-768/X25519), and the selected session actually using type 6. The Yes covers hybrid-established traffic, not the initial New Session payload or classical-type sessions; no universal fail-closed policy is inferred. F37/F38: optional router-local AQM and independently administered DiffServ enforcement selected in the existing IPv4 transport. Policies classify visible IP transport aggregates, without inspecting protected tunnel contents or requiring inner-to-outer DSCP copying. No application reservation extension is added; existing private/global and cryptographic qualifications remain unchanged. F39-only witness: Java I2P 2.6.0, commit 63326dc48b954fcaceae544daa57d9dd9a0c6f4d, with distinct application processes using separate I2CP client connections and Destination identities on the same local router; i2cp.disableLoopback=false. The same Destination-based API reaches remote peers through tunnels. This shared-router witness is separate from the isolated-context privacy composition and the i2pd hybrid-cryptography K01 witness; it does not combine their security properties.
