IP / Babel — selected stack
IPv6 datagram service / ICMPv6; control plane IPv6 / UDP / Babel RFC 8966. Independent locally assigned ULA prefixes, provisioned interfaces, numeric destinations; no DNS, TCP/QUIC, IPsec, NAT, external firewall, Babel DTLS/MAC extension or added application authentication. Babel is the selected routing control plane; no BGP/global Internet composition silently added. G01 constructive witness: administratively provisioned binary IPv6 hierarchy inside a locally assigned ULA /48, with direct routed adjacencies. Each router originates only its own aggregate backed by a local discard route; upward advertisements contain that aggregate, downward advertisements only the root /48. Exact-prefix/interface input and output filters suppress remote specifics. Connected leaf LANs override their local aggregate. No BGP, directory, automatic aggregation controller or global leaf-prefix catalog is introduced. Fixed hierarchy and address assignment are required; this is not arbitrary Internet topology or G05 capacity. F37/F38: optional local AQM and DiffServ classification/conditioning explicitly selected on existing IPv6 forwarding interfaces. Local queue/resource policy only; the declared ULA hierarchy, filters and topology remain unchanged. No BGP, public underlay or application reservation added.
