AX.25 / NET/ROM — selected stack

AX.25 v2 / classic NET/ROM network and transport circuits over direct radio/serial links; known callsigns/SSIDs, locally configured routing ports and NET/ROM announcements. Historical protocol description plus Linux AX.25 port configuration; no IP encapsulation, TCP/IP payload service, BBS mailbox or added cryptography. Executable version not yet qualified. S01/S03/C06 credit the private direct-serial role with locally provisioned labels; no claim about radio licensing or public callsign acceptance. D01 implementation binding: Linux v6.12 kernel NET/ROM and AX.25, ax25-tools 0.0.10-rc5+git20230513+d3e6d4f, direct KISS serial attachment, and active netromd announcement reception/transmission and route aging. Application UID/callsign mapping is provisioned administratively. This is a source-qualified privilege finding, not a newly executed serial deployment; it does not qualify unrelated implementations or other evidence criteria.
