Rationale
Yggdrasil supports locally generated node keys and explicitly configured peer connections; public-peer lists are optional assistance. The selected private-IP, numeric-peer TLS mesh can keep its peer configuration, keys and forwarding nodes under participant administration without a vendor activation or mandatory public directory.
