Rationale

The selected standalone LoRa mesh operates through participant-configured radios, local serial clients and matching radio parameters. Channel keys and endpoint trust are provisioned locally; neither MQTT nor Internet/cellular service is required. No vendor account or hosted coordination service is part of this composition.
