Rationale
A licensed source-defined path covers the selected Yggdrasil/Ironwood protocol interfaces. Pinned Yggdrasil version.go specifies the metadata fields, framing, serialization and signature checks; link.go and link_tls.go specify peer establishment and TLS transport integration. Pinned Ironwood network/wire.go specifies message discriminants, integer and path encodings; network/router.go and network/pathfinder.go specify forwarding and discovery exchanges; encrypted/session.go specifies session initiation, acknowledgments and encrypted traffic framing. Yggdrasil grants LGPLv3 rights with an additional linking permission, while Ironwood grants MPL-2.0 rights. These grants cover the embedded definitions and permit use and adaptation without a field-of-use restriction, including commercial use. IETF implementation permissions cover the selected IP, TCP, TLS and UDP layers. This supplies an alternative to reusing separately published website prose, using the same source-defined protocol approach accepted elsewhere in the matrix.

Retain applicable notices and comply with LGPL/MPL source and redistribution obligations for covered material; the Yggdrasil linking exception does not waive all LGPL obligations. The website prose and icon licenses are not extended to other documents. This is a rights path for the selected interfaces, not an interoperability or completeness certification for every product feature. No patent clearance, proprietary service entitlement, performance result or new runtime test is inferred. Numeric peers, selected TLS 1.3 and pinned Ironwood remain the comparison scope; support for other TLS versions in source does not expand that profile.
