Rationale

The selected IPv6, 6LoWPAN, RPL, UDP and DTLS RFC portions have identifiable IETF publication/use terms. The profile also explicitly binds IEEE 802.15.4, whose specification-use permissions have not been traced in this review.

Outstanding qualification

Obtain the authoritative rights terms covering the required IEEE link specification before closing the complete-stack cell. Public availability of RFCs or use of a purchased radio does not by itself settle all specification permissions. Patent licensing remains a separate L02 question.
