G05-PI: Yes

Rationale

Yes is an editorial architectural-plausibility inference from complementary mechanisms, not an observed global deployment or a global resource bound. BloomRoute supplies population-sized filters, bounded nonrecursive summaries, requester-directed exploration and learned reuse. The newer production-resolver fixtures use observed full paths rather than free addressed shortcuts. With protected endpoint routes, a fixed 64 KiB persistent cache supports small recurring relationship sets; confirmed reuse costs about one contact, which can traverse multiple links. Universal concentration hints remain usable alongside selective nodes, so precision need not be uniform or a complete precise global catalog mandatory at each router. Together these provide a credible scaling route on regional/provider infrastructure. The inference accepts distributed equipment and variable selectivity within the common contemporary-resource setting; no specially favorable physical topology is substituted. It does not equate topological reachability with affordable search. The selected IP substrate and its routing costs remain part of the composition; no integrated global PI benchmark is claimed.

Outstanding qualification

The detailed regional/global workload and resource mapping remains unvalidated. In the 100000-endpoint, eight-relation universal/priority sample, day-ten query success is 96.88% but distinct-relation coverage is only 75%. The intensive bounded learning study also reports substantial failures. Finite budgets censor discovery; neither affordable completion nor failure solely caused by arbitrary limits has been established for every missing target. The positive is not a claim that this resolver policy meets sustained-discovery qualification. Memory and maintenance figures apply to reduced populations and declared concurrency. Static topology, three seeds and modeled packet/setup sizes do not establish global congestion, churn, cryptographic performance or SLA compliance. Track discovery-cost tails, cache behavior and regional update/state concentration as engineering qualifications. Apply this same plausibility standard to other stacks; neither absence of a proved obstruction nor connectivity alone warrants Yes.
