G04-CX: Yes
Rationale
The selected locally provisioned CCNx network distributes name-prefix forwarding among forwarders, pending requests along their paths and optional caches among nodes. Separate prefixes and producers can be served by additional infrastructure without consulting a mandatory single coordinator. Numeric IPv4 adjacencies and local FIB configuration add no obligatory global coordination service.
Assessment method
Documentary complete-profile analysis; no execution
Source context
Selected HIP and CCNx primary specifications
Outstanding qualification
This is distribution across prefixes and requests, not unlimited scaling of one hot object or automatic route provisioning. RFC 8569 describes a core forwarder knowing global routes; this Yes does not resolve G01 or G05 and does not bound FIB/PIT memory.
