G04-CJ: Yes
Rationale
In the explicitly selected replicated route-server design, client populations can select different supernodes. Each server answers route queries using its own graph and cache; configured peers exchange announcements asynchronously without a mandatory central query processor or global agreement step for each route. This distributes query computation, not necessarily graph storage or update work. Credit is architectural; growing replicated state, interoperability and global capacity remain unqualified.
Assessment method
Documentary analysis
Source context
Primary specification / explicit profile inference
Outstanding qualification
Bind the pinned Rust route-server design to cjdns f5902acab6dd2f1a68bf6e4c89e352ed71f93698; verify full announcement/signature/state-hash and query/reply compatibility, not just matching message names. Configure multiple independent servers and peer synchronization, distribute clients, measure per-server query work, replicated graph/update costs, stale answers and failure recovery. No deployment, linear scaling or billions-of-devices capacity is established.
