G03-GN: Yes
Rationale
The selected R5N DHT distributes replicated records and supports lookups through an overlay that need not be a full mesh. CADET obtains paths to known peer identities and forwards through intermediate peers using connection state. Every participant need not store a complete inventory of final peers.
Assessment method
Primary documentation and selected firmware review; no runtime experiment
Source context
Official discovery documentation and pinned forwarding code
Outstanding qualification
The v0.20.x documentary baseline and supplied bootstrap contacts are retained. DHT lookup is probabilistic and can fail or return late; a discovered path must still be usable. Partial neighbor, record and connection state is allowed by G03. This gives no global-capacity, bounded-latency or arbitrary human-name-search result.
