G03-CX: Yes
Rationale
CCNx forwards Interests using hierarchical longest-prefix matching, and RFC 8569 explicitly permits a simple default FIB at an endpoint. The selected name-prefix routes and adjacent forwarder contacts do not require a complete inventory of all producers, consumers or Content Objects at every forwarding node.
Assessment method
Primary documentary reassessment; no runtime or energy test
Source context
Selected name-routing and transport/control specifications
Outstanding qualification
Supplied content names and configured routes remain prerequisites. PIT and content-store state may grow with traffic; global name-routing costs are not bounded by this result. The IP/UDP underlay retains prefix/neighbor forwarding rather than a per-host catalog; its global routing dependencies remain separate.
