G02-YG: Yes

Rationale

The selected Ironwood supports a scoped destination-reattachment witness: retain a leaf destination key, establish its new adjacent peering before withdrawing the old one, and preserve the root and unrelated parent choices. router._sendAnnounces sends ancestry information relevant to each adjacent peer, not a complete participant inventory. bloomfilter._getBloomFor unions the local key with filters from other tree branches. For unchanged tree cuts outside the old-to-new attachment corridor, the reachable key set remains the same; equal filters suppress change-triggered transmission. External senders can still discover the destination through Bloom-guided lookup and receive its new signed path via pathfinder, updating relevant path caches rather than broadcasting that location to every participant. This is a source-derived constructive witness, not a measured convergence result.

Assessment method

Constructive stable-root leaf reattachment analysis; no runtime test

Source context

Pinned Ironwood ancestry, aggregate-filter and path-discovery source

Outstanding qualification

Credit is conditional on stable-root leaf reattachment with overlapping connectivity, not arbitrary root replacement, partition/merge or movement of a large subtree. Those events can affect wider areas. A complete offline interval may cause broader membership withdrawal/reinsertion. Periodic filter refresh remains, and transient stale filters, false positives, path retries or packet loss are not excluded. No bounded convergence time, uninterrupted session or global capacity is inferred. Selected private adjacent IP links must be provisioned at the new attachment; the witness does not advertise a mobile individual IP route globally. Changes elsewhere in the underlay or tree are outside this bounded witness.
