G02-AX: No
Rationale
The selected NET/ROM recovery witness learns changed next hops for the same destination callsign through NODES advertisements and route aging. netromd's transmitting path includes eligible individual destinations from the routing table; receiving neighbors can learn and subsequently advertise those routes themselves. Dissemination is not restricted to the changed attachment region or peers with an active communication relationship. The selected composition supplies no regional locator directory or aggregate destination route that replaces this individual-route propagation.
Assessment method
Primary documentation and pinned source review; no runtime experiment
Source context
Linux NET/ROM and ax25-tools NODES route dissemination
Outstanding qualification
Quality thresholds, obsolescence counters, port configuration and own-node-only broadcasts can suppress advertisements; this does not by itself establish scoped recovery with remote reachability preserved. No means the selected announcement-based mechanism lacks the required scope, not that every node receives every update. C01 same-callsign recovery remains Yes. No additional hierarchical addressing, manually maintained remote mobility mapping or new routing extension is credited. This is source/documentation review, not a measured traffic or scale-failure result.
