G01-YG: Yes

Rationale

Architectural credit for an explicit connected mesh whose TCP/TLS peerings use only adjacent private-IP links. Distributed tree coordinates, keyspace routing and path setup provide multi-hop reachability; the documented routing design requires no node, including the tree root, to maintain a complete destination routing table. Adjacent IP links introduce no global IP routing dependency. This is not a verdict for the Internet-backed public testbed or a quantitative scale result.

Primary specification / selected profile

Outstanding qualification

Bind the adjacent-link topology to the pinned Yggdrasil/Ironwood implementation; inventory root, tree, keyspace, Bloom and path-cache state, convergence and lookup completion. Verify no remote IP peer or external discovery dependency is introduced. No global deployment, worst-case state bound or G05 capacity measurement was executed.
