G01-RI: Yes
Rationale
Constructive deployment inference: RFC 6550 permits independent DODAG roots and external IPv6 connectivity. Partition the selected non-storing deployment into multiple local DODAGs; each root retains its own downward topology, not all remote endpoints. Interconnect their provisioned ULA subnets through a static binary prefix hierarchy: each transit router needs only child aggregates, an upward covering route and its own discard aggregate. Destination-specific routes stay in the destination DODAG. No directory or BGP service is required by this particular configuration. Numeric endpoint addresses and local pairwise DTLS keys avoid a compulsory global lookup or trust catalog.
Assessment method
Constructive architectural inference from primary specifications; no runtime or capacity experiment
Source context
RFC 6550 independent roots and border forwarding; RFC 4193 subnet structure; RFC 7608 prefix forwarding
Outstanding qualification
Explicit private interconnection witness, not conventional public-Internet routing or arbitrary autonomous topology. Subdivide the Subnet ID space inside one legitimately generated ULA /48; do not assign sequential Global IDs contrary to RFC 4193. Recursive allocation needs only immediate child assignments. Each RPL root must have a configured mapping to its local instance and working non-storing source-route handling; RPL packet information is removed on exit and inserted on entry. Configure external reachability at each root. A connected provisioned topology, adequate hop limits and usable local radio paths are assumed. Local /64 and neighbor state, per-DODAG topology, DTLS peer keys and link hardware remain required. No new overlay, global route service or automatic prefix aggregation is credited. G05 quantitative capacity, root memory, control traffic and discovery remain Pending; no daemon, radio or interoperability experiment ran.
