Rationale
For globally reachable WSS relays, explicitly select conventional BGP-routed IPv4 Internet service. NIP-01 connects clients to relays through WebSocket; it supplies no replacement for the underlay's global prefix reachability infrastructure. Separate author identities, multiple relays and distributed DNS do not remove that dependency. This verdict is for the declared Internet-backed stack, not a claim that the Nostr protocol intrinsically requires a centralized catalog of all authors or relays.
