G01-IL: No
Rationale
ILNP routes on Locator prefixes using existing IPv6 routing. In conventional global Internet deployment, prefix reachability remains in the interdomain routing infrastructure even though Node Identifiers are not globally routed. DNS partitioning does not remove that routing responsibility.
Assessment method
Primary-source review and explicitly bounded composition inference; no execution
Source context
RFCs, project release evidence and OS interface documentation
Outstanding qualification
Same conventional-Internet boundary as G01-IP; no claim that all conceivable IPv6 routing designs require one complete table. Aggregation can reduce entries; this is not a quantitative failure of G05 or a requirement to store every endpoint.
