G01-BP: No

Rationale

Explicit deployment refinement: use conventional globally routed IPv4/BGP, as already selected for IP and MQ. Edge defaults relocate global prefix reachability upstream rather than eliminate it. BP endpoint aggregation and contact/gateway rules do not replace the selected TCPCLv4 transport routing. This verdict does not require every bundle node to keep every EID, and does not deny disconnected or private BP deployments. This is a whole-stack verdict for that deployment, not a theorem about every possible IP topology.

Assessment method

Documentary composition analysis; no execution

Source context

Primary transport/discovery documentation and RFC 4271; declared deployment inference

Outstanding qualification

Shared G01/G03 qualification: pin a BP implementation supporting aggregate ipn exits and the selected TCPCLv4/BPSec profile; validate gateway lookup and inventory local routes, group fanout and retained-bundle state. ION documentation establishes the routing mechanism, not interoperability of the complete comparison profile. No execution performed.
