F39-YG: Yes

Rationale

The selected UDP application uses the identity-derived Yggdrasil IPv6 address and service port. That virtual address is independent of the physical peering address. A destination assigned to the local host is delivered by its local IP route; another node is reached through the TUN interface and Yggdrasil routing, without changing the application reference format or UDP API.

Assessment method

Primary documentation, pinned source and explicit architectural composition; no runtime test

Source context

Peer-ID stream API and identity-derived virtual-address delivery

Outstanding qualification

Constructive architectural assessment for ordinary local-host UDP sockets and the selected native-node address profile. The service must bind the virtual address or wildcard, and local policy must permit it. This is node identity plus service port, not a separate cryptographic identity for each process. No process migration, local cryptographic isolation, zero-copy or newly executed runtime test is claimed.
