F39-TO: No
Rationale
The selected onion-service composition uses introduction and rendezvous circuits followed by relay streams. Its onion name abstracts location, but the specified path does not select host-local delivery when the client and service are co-resident. The final connection to the service process is not a substitute for that missing local-path selection.
Assessment method
Primary onion-service protocol path; selected-composition assessment
Source context
Tor v3 rendezvous specification, protocol overview
Outstanding qualification
No applies to the complete F39 criterion, not to the ability of co-resident applications to communicate through Tor. Directly connecting to the backend would require a different endpoint reference or an extra dispatch mechanism. No such mechanism is selected here. This is a specification-based assessment, not a runtime test or a claim about every possible Tor extension.
