F39-CJ: Yes

Rationale

The selected UDP application addresses a cjdns key-derived IPv6 endpoint and service port, independently of its underlay locator. Ordinary host routing delivers a locally assigned virtual address locally; a remote virtual address goes through the cjdns TUN and key-based routing. The same logical endpoint form and UDP interface cover both cases.

Assessment method

Primary documentation, pinned source and explicit architectural composition; no runtime test

Source context

Peer-ID stream API and identity-derived virtual-address delivery

Outstanding qualification

Constructive architectural assessment for the declared native cjdns-node addresses, not devices behind imported IP tunnels. Bind the service to the virtual address or wildcard and allow it in local policy. The identity belongs to the node; the port distinguishes its service. Local delivery need not traverse CryptoAuth, and no local security equivalence, zero-copy, process migration or runtime certification is inferred.
