F36-YG: No

Rationale

Yggdrasil exposes an IPv6 datagram service over the selected TCP/TLS private-IP peerings. Peering-interface priority chooses a preferred attachment; it does not negotiate an application service contract. The declared application UDP path has no request-to-admission mapping for capacity, delay or reliability. Local AQM and DiffServ provisioning do not add one.

Assessment method

Primary configuration and IP service-policy review; explicit optional mechanisms

Source context

Project peering documentation and RFC 7567/2475

Outstanding qualification

Selected composition only; no RSVP/IntServ, application QoS wrapper or alternate transport is added. This does not deny operator priority controls.
