F36-TS: No
Rationale
The selected standard TUN client carries application IP traffic through WireGuard, directly or through DERP fallback. Tailscale network grants select sources, destinations, protocols and ports; these permissions do not request capacity or delay and reserve network resources for the application. Optional IP AQM and DiffServ provisioning likewise do not supply that application request/admission exchange.
Assessment method
Primary Tailscale documentation and explicitly selected IP policy review
Source context
Tailscale grants and IETF transport policy architecture
Outstanding qualification
No RSVP/IntServ or application QoS extension is selected. Access permission, Tailnet Lock, direct-path selection and application capabilities are not treated as service-quality reservation. This is a verdict for the declared stack, not all possible host traffic-control extensions.
