F36-IP: No
Rationale
The selected IP datagram service supplies no application flow-admission and resource-reservation exchange. Priority marking alone fails F36. Integrated Services describes an additional reservation setup protocol carrying a flowspec into admission control; that extension is not selected here. This is not a claim that the IP ecosystem cannot offer application-requested QoS.
Assessment method
Primary specification and implementation documentation review; no runtime experiment
Source context
RFC 1633, RFC 7567, RFC 2475 or IRATI Ethernet tutorial, as linked
Outstanding qualification
Selected composition only: no RSVP/IntServ is added. DiffServ provisioning in F38 does not itself provide application-requested admission.
