F36-CJ: No

Rationale

cjdns exposes an IPv6 datagram service over the selected UDP private-IP peerings. The UDP-interface DSCP setting marks outer traffic; marking alone does not perform application admission or resource reservation. The declared application UDP path has no request-to-admission mapping for capacity, delay or reliability. Local AQM and DiffServ provisioning do not add one.

Assessment method

Primary configuration and IP service-policy review; explicit optional mechanisms

Source context

Project peering documentation and RFC 7567/2475

Outstanding qualification

Selected composition only; no RSVP/IntServ, application QoS wrapper or alternate transport is added. This does not deny operator priority controls.
