F36-BA: No
Rationale
The selected native Ethernet BATMAN_IV service forwards frames through a virtual mesh interface. Linux 6.12 exposes mesh, interface and VLAN configuration and routing telemetry, rather than application service requests used for flow admission and resource allocation. Advertised gateway bandwidth and throughput metrics describe routing/configuration; they are not a service allocation contract. Gateway mode is off in the selected profile.
Assessment method
Bounded documentary assessment of selected service interface and admission semantics
Source context
Linux v6.12 control/transport interfaces; RPL RFC 6550 and OF0 RFC 6552
Outstanding qualification
No applies to the declared batman-adv composition. Generic host queue settings, packet priority or an added reservation layer are not an application-requested network service. This does not deny mesh forwarding or administrative traffic controls and does not decide F37/F38.
