F36-AX: No

Rationale

Linux 6.12 NET/ROM exposes retry, acknowledgment, busy and idle timers through nr_setsockopt. Connection acceptance checks the listening socket, backlog and allocation, then negotiates a transport window and optional timeout. This is endpoint transport setup and flow control, not network admission/allocation driven by requested communication capacity, delay or reliability. The selected classic AX.25/NET/ROM composition supplies no additional service reservation layer.

Assessment method

Bounded documentary assessment of selected service interface and admission semantics

Source context

Linux v6.12 control/transport interfaces; RPL RFC 6550 and OF0 RFC 6552

Outstanding qualification

No is scoped to the selected Linux/classic NET/ROM composition. Window/timeout negotiation and retransmission reliability remain credited where applicable; generic socket priority does not satisfy F36. No claim about every radio stack or extension and no runtime trial.
