Archived criterion

F35-LP: Yes

Archived previous-definition assessment — revision 5.73. Retired in 5.82; excluded from the active matrix and counts. This historical verdict is not a current assessment.

Rationale

The declared global composition already includes a conventional BGP/IP underlay. Introducing BGP reachability and route-policy selection at routers in place of static reachability changes the network function without modifying the existing Direct-peer libp2p over QUIC endpoints or their applications.

Assessment method

Selected-composition primary documentary assessment; no runtime experiment

Source context

Primary selected transport/routing specifications and declared profile boundary

Outstanding qualification

This is the same bounded infrastructure witness credited to IP and PRP-over-IP. It is an underlay benefit, not a claim that the overlay can initially be installed without endpoint software. Router peering, policy and ordinary endpoint address/gateway provisioning remain administrative requirements.
