Archived criterion

F35-I2: Yes

Archived previous-definition assessment — revision 5.73. Retired in 5.82; excluded from the active matrix and counts. This historical verdict is not a current assessment.

Rationale

The selected global composition uses a conventional BGP-routed IP underlay. Deploying dynamic interdomain reachability and route policy at routers in place of static routes can leave existing overlay endpoints and applications unchanged.

Assessment method

Primary documentary and source assessment; no new runtime test

Source context

Primary specification or selected-version source; bounded composition assessment

Outstanding qualification

Same bounded infrastructure witness used for IP and PRP-over-IP. The positive belongs to the declared IP/BGP layer, not initial installation of I2P, CADET or BP on legacy hosts. Router upgrades, peering/policy and ordinary attachment provisioning remain required.
