F33-GN: No

Rationale

GNUnet 0.20.0 CADET supplies reliable channels with acknowledgements, retained pending messages and retry/backoff logic. The reviewed channel and connection code manages live-path readiness, retransmission and liveness, but supplies no contact-plan or prolonged-interruption recovery contract that distinguishes unavailable transfer opportunities from ordinary loss.

Assessment method

Primary specification and pinned code review; no runtime experiment

Source context

I2P transport layering and GNUnet CADET recovery

Outstanding qualification

Waiting for a path, backing off retries or retaining queued messages can bridge some disruptions; these useful behaviors do not by themselves establish the documented long-delay/contact adaptation required by F33. No separate DTN transfer service is selected. This is a bounded source/documentation assessment, not a claim that CADET always fails after a particular outage or that all queued data is immediately lost. Runtime recovery and maximum supported outage remain unmeasured.
