F33-CJ: No
Rationale
cjdns is assessed here with application UDP, as explicitly selected in its column. The composition supplies packet routing, not an end-to-end retransmission service with recovery adapted to prolonged contact loss.
Assessment method
Primary documentary assessment; no new runtime test
Source context
Primary protocol documentation and declared composition; bounded documentary assessment
Outstanding qualification
UDP does not guarantee delivery. Route repair, path replacement and cryptographic state do not supply missing application retransmission. Yggdrasil TCP peer links do not change its final IPv6/UDP service into reliable end-to-end delivery; no interruption-aware recovery extension is selected. This is a composition verdict, not a limit on applications that could be added.
