F32-CG: Yes

Rationale

The selected SABR/CGR routing layer uses future contact times, rates, propagation ranges and backlog/volume accounting when computing and filtering candidate routes. It evaluates temporal and capacity feasibility rather than merely waiting for a link.

Assessment method

Primary documentary capability assessment; no new runtime experiment

Source context

Primary protocol specification or pinned implementation; selected-composition assessment

Outstanding qualification

CCSDS 734.3-B-1 sections 2.3–2.4 and 3.2.4–3.2.6. Supplied contact plans and clocks are required; route lists are recomputed on plan change. The existing BPv7/SABR metadata and complete-composition implementation qualifications remain open. LT inherits this from its explicitly selected SABR layer, not LTP alone.
