F30-PN: Yes
Rationale
The selected digest-bound ALIAS witness forms the rendezvous text from a canonical cryptographic digest of the object. A recipient with an independently trusted expected ALIAS can hash the received bytes, reconstruct that text and SCIR, and compare the reference regardless of the supplier or delivery connection. This supplies reference-based object integrity/authenticity without requiring an origin signature.
Assessment method
Scoped architectural composition; primary SCIR rules and attributed author clarification
Source context
Author clarification and explicitly selected architectural witness; provenance separated in round465-sources.json
Outstanding qualification
Explicit composition witness, not a universal ALIAS property or an already standardized content profile. For concreteness the assessment uses the text sha256: followed by 64 lowercase hexadecimal digits of SHA-256 over the exact object bytes, with a fixed supported ALIAS reference suite known to the recipient. This convention is an editorial witness, not a registered PRP namespace or new wire assignment. The expected ALIAS must be trusted independently of the untrusted supplier. Hashing/verification is performed by the consumer. Titles and search-term aliases do not qualify; no authorship, freshness or replay guarantee follows.
