F30-HP: No
Rationale
ESP integrity is scoped to security associations. HIP identity signatures authenticate protocol exchanges, not arbitrary application objects.
Assessment method
Selected-composition primary documentary assessment; no runtime experiment
Source context
Primary selected transport/routing specifications and declared profile boundary
Outstanding qualification
HIP identifies hosts and ESP protects host-to-host packets; no content-service or application-authentication wrapper is selected. No consumer-side object-signing or independently trusted content-digest profile is selected. This does not negate the security of the established transport where present.
