Rationale

6LoWPAN/IPv6/RPL/UDP/DTLS addresses peers, locators or transport connections rather than resolving a content reference to a supplier. Selected endpoint leaves use non-storing RPL and pairwise DTLS PSKs; no CoAP, MQTT, object-security or content-service layer is selected.
