F29-RA: No

Rationale

The selected RINA service allocates a flow to a named remote application and exchanges SDUs with it. An application name selects a communication peer, not a content reference bound to an object or its suppliers. No content-discovery application is selected.

Assessment method

Selected-service boundary assessment using primary API documentation; no execution

Source context

IRATI application API: registration, flow allocation and SDU exchange

Outstanding qualification

No verdict on whether a separate application could implement content discovery over RINA. Application naming and placement independence alone do not meet F29.
