F29-AX: No

Rationale

AX.25/NET/ROM finds or addresses participants/services rather than locating a supplier from a content reference. The selected radio/serial network and transport circuits use callsign/SSID addressing; no BBS, mailbox or added cryptographic application is selected.

Assessment method

Primary documentary and source assessment; no new runtime test

Source context

Primary specification or selected-version source; bounded composition assessment

Outstanding qualification

This No is limited to the declared composition. A separate content-reference profile could change the assessment, but none is selected here.
