F28-YG: No
Rationale
Ironwood WriteTo accepts a destination public key and passes the packet to its router. The pathfinder installs the internally learned path for that destination or starts a lookup. The selected interface exposes neither a requested intermediate-node sequence nor an exclusion constraint for a transmitted packet.
Assessment method
Primary RFC and pinned implementation assessment; no runtime experiment
Source context
Selected-composition mechanisms and interface evidence
Outstanding qualification
Internal source paths exist and are explicitly acknowledged; their existence is not an endpoint path-selection API. Configuring or prioritizing adjacent peers selects local access, which F28 excludes. The verdict is limited to the declared Yggdrasil composition and pinned implementation, not a claim that its path machinery could never expose such a facility. No custom router modification is selected.
