F28-GN: No
Rationale
The selected CADET API opens a channel by destination peer identity and port. Its get_path API reports known paths. Internally, the tunnel service evaluates available paths and creates connections; the channel API does not bind outgoing traffic to a caller-selected path or intermediate-peer constraint.
Assessment method
Primary specification and pinned-source assessment; no runtime experiment
Source context
GNUnet 0.20.0 service/transport code and Tor circuit specification
Outstanding qualification
CADET carries explicit peer paths and exposes path inspection; both are acknowledged. Inspection and automatic path selection do not establish the requested endpoint control through the selected service interface. This No is bounded to the declared 0.20.0 API composition; modifying the tunnel service or introducing another routing API would require reassessment.
