F28-CX: No
Rationale
In the selected CCNx 1.0 composition, the consumer selects a content name and optional validation restrictions. Forwarders choose next hops using their FIB and local forwarding policy; the Interest does not carry an endpoint-chosen sequence or constraint on intermediate forwarders. The selected static prefix routes are administrative configuration, not an endpoint path-selection interface.
Assessment method
Primary specification and pinned code review; no runtime experiment
Source context
Reticulum Transport path selection and CCNx forwarding semantics
Outstanding qualification
ContentObjectHashRestriction and KeyIdRestriction constrain acceptable content, not the forwarding trajectory. HopLimit bounds traversal length without naming or excluding intermediaries. An endpoint FIB can select its local next hop, but does not impose the downstream route. Custom name conventions, routing extensions or overlay chains are not selected. Named-content retrieval and caching retain their separate positive assessments.
