F27-YG: No
Rationale
The selected Ironwood peer monitor schedules a keepalive response after traffic and applies a read deadline while awaiting a response. Its configurable timing values are local options. The wire dispatch and PacketConn interface define no agreement on temporal receive windows.
Assessment method
Primary RFC and pinned implementation assessment; no runtime experiment
Source context
Selected-composition mechanisms and interface evidence
Outstanding qualification
No for the selected Yggdrasil/TCP/TLS profile and pinned Ironwood revision. Read deadlines, idle connection behavior, peer reconnects and local keepalive configuration are not an availability-window negotiation. No additional scheduler or application control exchange is selected; energy consumption is not measured.
