F27-CX: No

Rationale

CCNx Interest Lifetime expresses how long a requester will wait for content. Interest/Content Object matching and pending-interest expiry do not negotiate receiver availability windows. Requesting content only when awake is useful, but remains distinct from agreeing a future transmission schedule.

Assessment method

Primary specification analysis; no runtime experiment

Source context

Primary protocol definitions; bounded selected-composition inference

Outstanding qualification

RFC 8569 sections 2.2 and 2.4.2. No application scheduling protocol is selected over CCNx.
