F27-BA: No
Rationale
The selected BATMAN_IV/native Ethernet composition does not negotiate receiver availability windows. Its ORIG_INTERVAL configures local routing-announcement cadence; the public v6.12 control attributes and packet types provide no receiver-window offer/acceptance contract. Local transmission intervals do not tell a sender when its peer has agreed to be available.
Assessment method
Pinned Linux v6.12 source and primary documentation; no runtime test
Source context
Selected BATMAN_IV/native Ethernet composition
Outstanding qualification
This assessment covers the declared direct Ethernet-style carrier. No Wi-Fi power-save or application scheduling protocol is selected. A sleeping kernel worker, duplicate-protection window or routing metric window is not a negotiated communication window.
