F27-AX: No
Rationale
NET/ROM negotiates a receive window measured in frames. Its CHOKE flag signals receiver congestion; Linux 6.12 starts T4 on CHOKE and clears the busy condition when that timer expires. These messages do not agree on future receiver availability periods.
Assessment method
Primary RFC and pinned implementation assessment; no runtime experiment
Source context
Selected-composition mechanisms and interface evidence
Outstanding qualification
The selected direct KISS/AX.25/NET/ROM composition provides flow control and local timers, but no temporal-window offer and acceptance. Frame windows and busy/unbusy signaling are explicitly considered. Neither a locally delayed transmission nor a separate application schedule is treated as a selected negotiated sleep service.
