F26-CX: No
Rationale
RFC 8569 section 2.4.4 forwards Interests using hop limits, aggregation, cache lookup and FIB matching. The selected Interests use CRC32C, not an authentication credential; valid formatting and a matching route do not establish forwarding authority. Consequently this composition has no authorizing gate on onward Interest traffic.
Assessment method
Primary normative source and selected adjacency-policy analysis; no execution
Source context
Pinned forwarding pipeline and selected Interest authentication policy
Outstanding qualification
Pending-Interest matching constrains returned Content Objects and avoids unsolicited response forwarding. F26 excludes receiver-flow control alone. Optional authenticated Interest validation could support a different selected policy, but it is not present in this CRC32C profile. Producer signatures and final consumer trust remain separate benefits.
