F24-RT: No
Rationale
Reticulum 1.5.5 Link maintains liveness with keepalives, stale detection and timeout teardown. These timers bound how long silence is tolerated; they do not convey receiver listening windows or require the sender to hold traffic for an agreed wake opportunity. The selected serial Link composition supplies no sleep-coordination service.
Assessment method
Primary specification and pinned code review; no runtime experiment
Source context
Reticulum Link, Ironwood peers and Linux NET/ROM
Outstanding qualification
A participant can wake, announce or re-establish a Link, and a custom application can add scheduling. Those possibilities do not establish F24 in the selected stack, which excludes LXMF and an application wake contract. Timer tolerance is not a promise that packets arrive when the receiver listens. Documentary source review only; no energy measurement or sleep experiment.
