F24-ND: No
Rationale
NDN InterestLifetime specifies the remaining timeout of an Interest. Pending Interests and content stores support retrieval when data is available, but do not require delivery in a previously coordinated receiver wake window. The selected NFD/Ethernet composition supplies no sleep-aware face service or delivery scheduler.
Assessment method
Primary specification and pinned code review; no runtime experiment
Source context
NDN Interest semantics, CCNx and NIP-01
Outstanding qualification
A consumer can wake and issue an Interest, and cached content can reduce dependence on producer availability. That receiver-initiated retrieval is useful but does not establish the coordinated wake-and-delivery behavior required by F24. Custom ApplicationParameters, a DTN extension or a scheduled MAC could add such behavior; none is selected. Existing caching/intermittency verdicts remain unchanged.
